Your new role
You will partner with the senior management team to work on Management Development Program Design and Facilitation, Vendor Management, Project Management (Leadership & Competence, 360 feedback, Assessment Tool, etc.), High Potential Program for the group. In addition, you will also be developing key programs (end-to-end design, delivery, evaluation) with strong facilitation skills and tech-enabled training.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 10+ years' experience in Talent Management (talent review, vendor management, leadership program, etc) in a large scale listed organisation.
- Hands-on experience in leadership and management training, program design, and facilitation would be an absolute advantage.
